You're invited, to take a step into greater understanding, to deepen your experience of the body/mind with two workshops in 2010, in March and then August. March was a great success and now we look forward to the August workshop. Rosen Method Bodywork Intensive, Sydney, NSW It's a great opportunity to slow down, to have some reflective space and time.
The Intensive provides an opportunity for a range of participant experiences including personal growth, deepening awareness of the body mind connection, skill enhancement for therapists of other modalities, and credit towards training to become a Rosen Method Bodywork Practitioner. Rosen Movement will be an integral part of the experience. Gloria will be back to teach us for this intensive. See flier for details. Please note that the first two days of this workshop may be attended as an Introduction to Rosen Method – please contact us for more details on this option. Rosen Method Global Congress IV in the UK The British Rosen Center, Rosen Method Training and Therapy Ltd, is hosting the 2010 world- wide gathering of the Rosen Method community. Led by Annabelle Apsion and Ingrid-Maria Nordgren, the Centre has contracted with a beautiful location about two hours from London at Heythrop Park Resort. The dates for 2010 are:
Please click here for more information or to register for this event. The website for Heythrop Park is www.heythroppark.co.uk. Annabelle and Ingrid-Maria have spent several months scouring England to find a site that is large enough to accommodate the size and needs of our Global Congress, is close to London for travelers coming from other countries, and is reasonably priced. We are delighted with their success, and sincerely grateful for their efforts. Situated in the picturesque Cotswold countryside only 20 miles from Oxford, one of the most beautiful cities in the U.K., Heythrop is close to many other places of historic interest, such as Stratford-upon-Avon which was William Shakespeare's home. Heythrop Country House Hotel is a conference centre with a brand new leisure complex including a pool, golf course, nearby lakes, beautiful parkland, and Italian gardens. Heythrop has a peaceful, homely feel - the building is grand but not overbearing, the staff attentive and thoughtful, and the comfortable workshop spaces have views over the countryside. There will be a large conference space also available for movement classes, and space for groups to gather for workshops and bodywork exchanges. Heythrop is also able to accommodate delegates' partners/families at a small cost. More eventsThe previously advertised Movement Intensive for November 2010 will now be on in 2011 - dates to be advised. |
