Rosen Method

Rosen Method is a powerful tool for reducing stress and for reaching the body/mind connection through touch.

Rosen Method is effective in easing chronic tension and its ill effects on the mind and body.

Try it for:

  • stress reduction - engages the body's calm/connection system as opposed to the fight/flight we know all too well;
  • pain management;
  • personal growth; and
  • learning to live in the present.

Rosen Method Bodywork was founded by a physiotherapist and has been tested by time.
